    General Information

    The Chair was established in 1963 under the name "Refrigerating and compressor machines and installations” and prepared specialists of this direction until 1995. Since 1995 trains specialists in speciality: 1102 - Technology and physics of low temperatures. In 1993 was recruited on food specialty: 4204 - Technology of fermentation and winemaking, 4206 - Technology of canned food and food concentrates. In 2001 was offered to students on the specialty: 554230 - Technology of food products (bachelors). In 2003 all food specialties were merged. This 4206 - Technology of fish products and fats; 4202 - Technology and sugary confectionery products; 4207 - Technology of products of public catering; 4201 - Technology of grain processing and bakery production. Since 2001, the name of the Chair was renamed in "Technology of food industry and refrigeration". Since 2004 has started the preparation of bachelors on the following specialties: 050727-Technology of food products and 050728 - Technology of processing industries. From September 2010, the Chair was renamed in «Technology of food productions».

    Our achievements

    Over the last 3 years the Chair on preparation of the bachelors on a speciality «Technology of processing industries» occupies the 2nd place in the rating of educational programs NAC RK and 3rd place in the specialty «Technology of food products».
    Since 2006, the Chair prepares bachelors and masters on a par with Kazakh and Russian languages in English. Starting with 2012 specialty «Technology of food products» and «Technology of processing industries » included in the experimental training program «Multilingual».
    In 2008, the specialty 050727 - Technology of food products was accredited by the German company ASIIN.
    Since 2010 began preparing masters program two diploma education on a speciality «Technology of food production/Food Science».  
    In recent years at department on a spetsialyost "of food products" bachelors are issued by tenologiya. every year demand for food specialty as level food productions grows in kazakhstan increases. Level of subreadiness of bachelors in the specialty 5B072700-"Tenologiya of food products" increases, due to need of spetsialnost for this sphere. according to the educational program among higher education institutions of kazakhstan our specialty takes the 2nd place. In 2016 on the republic to the subject olympic games among students of higher education institutions of RK students of our specialty were awarded by the diploma of III degree.

    Also in 2016 to in  respublika tender student's scientific исследовательной works students of our specialty gained diplomas of II and III stepeni, shows competence of PPS of department.

  

    About carrying out an open educational lesson in group ZhT-16-2k2 on the subject "Humanity — Noble Feeling"
    
    On November 29, 2016 at 9:00 o'clock in group ZhT-16-2k2 there passed the open educational lesson on the subject "Humanity-noble Feeling". At this open lesson there were the department director on "Educational and youth policy" of ErbolRabilylu, the senior curator of University of Sembaydayrabayla, the dean of the higher school of "Textile and food engineering" Botabayev N.E., head of the department "Technology and safety of food products" Shingisov A. U., senior curator of the higher school Isabayev K. And., senior of a kurator kafedra of Sadyrbayev I. R., curator of group ZhT-16-2k2 of Zheleuova Zh. C. At a lesson used an interactive board, the audience was arranged by posters of the famous writers iaforizm of philosophers. The open educational lesson was conducted in the form of the concert program, that is according to a subject songs, dances, performances were carried out, games, etc. were played. The passable open lesson pleased the present guests and onivyrazilisvy opinion and the wishes.

    On December 2, 2016 at 16:00 o'clock in group ZhT-16-2k1 there passed the open educational lesson on the subject "My Life My Hands".     Scientific research work
    
    In 2011. research project on a theme:
    «Development of progressively technology to obtain the dietary and health food products by complex processing of medicinal plants and melons» (Director-candidate of technical Sciences, associate Professor Beysenbaev A.U.) has won the grant of MES of RK of 13.5 million tenge.

    In 2011, doctor, associate Professor Alekseyev N.V. received 5 innovative patent for the invention № 26205 Composition for preparation of sugar biscuits; №26207 Method for the production of pastes; № 26202 Composition for making fancy biscuits; № 26203 Method for production of pastes; № 26206 Mix for ice-cream production.
    
    In 2013. research project on a theme:
    
    «Development of technology of production of smokeless semifito-liquid preparation for Smoking of meat products» (supervisor, doctor of engineering, Professor Shingisov А.U., the volume of financing 37.5 million tenge.
    «Development of technology of production of antioxidants from domestic plant materials and their application to extend the shelf life of sour-milk products» (supervisor , doctor of engineering, Professor Shingisov А.U., the volume of financing 37.5 million tenge.

    Results of research are introduced at the enterprise on manufacture of vegetable oils «Arai» and «Shymkentmai» and the enterprise on manufacture of dairy production «Shymkentsut», as well as in the educational process in lectures and laboratory classes.
    According to the results of scientific research over the past five years at the Chair of protected 4 candidate's theses, 16 master's theses, received a 2-rank of associate Professor in food technology, including 1 monograph, published over 120 articles in scientific journals, collections of works of the International conferences in Kazakhstan and abroad, 5 patents, 6 preliminary patents of RK.

    Academic mobility involves the movement of students or teachers for a certain period in other educational or scientific institution for learning, teaching, research or training.
    Our « Technology and safety  of food products» chair actively working in this direction, so each year the program of the academic mobility of the best students of the Chair during the semester undergo training at the partner universities.
    The «Technology and safety  of food products» chair implements programs of academic mobility of students in the framework of international agreements with the following foreign and CIS universities-partners.

    International cooperation
    

    International cooperation of department promptly develops. Joint operations with many foreign Higher education institutions are conducted. St. Petersburg National Research University (Russia), University on storage technology of fruits (Bulgaria), University Food technologies, etc.

  

    The head of the department the Dr.Sci.Tech., A.U. professorshingis was present at protection the candidate of theses in St. Petersburg National Research University. The cooperation with the leading Higher education institutions of Bulgaria, Ukraine develops confirmation to that professor Zhelyazko Simov (Bulgaria) and kostik (Ukraine), chitala a lecture to our students.

  

  

    The great value at department is attached to programs of exchange of students with foreign higher education institutions - partners and to sending abroad of teachers and students for passing of various forms of education and a scientific training across various canals of international backgrounds, the directions of a sci-tech cooperation between SKSU of Auyezov and foreign higher education institutions are determined.
